WHY THIS COURSE?
As interest in psychedelic therapies continues to grow, naturopathic physicians are increasingly asked about their safety, effectiveness, legal status, and appropriate clinical use. This immersive continuing education program provides an evidence-based review of current psychedelic science together with practical harm reduction strategies for clinicians whose patients are considering or using psychedelic medicines.
Presented by the AIMS Institute in collaboration with the Opihihale Ethnobotanical Preserve, participants will combine classroom learning with hands-on botanical education in one of Hawai‘i’s unique rainforest environments.
CURRICULUM – 8 CE HOURS
