What is Neural Therapy?
- Neural therapy (NT) is an integrative medical technique developed in Germany in the 1920s by the Huneke brothers.
- It involves injecting small amounts of local anesthetic (commonly procaine) into specific areas of the body to “reset” dysfunctional nervous system activity.
- The premise is that chronic pain or illness can be perpetuated by “interference fields” — areas of previous injury, trauma, or scarring that continue to send faulty signals to the autonomic nervous system (ANS).
How It Works
1. Local Anesthetic Effect
- Temporarily numbs nerves and resets abnormal signaling.
- Helps break cycles of chronic pain and sympathetic overactivity.
2. Regulation of Autonomic Nervous System
- Many chronic conditions involve dysregulation of the ANS.
- Neural therapy seeks to restore balance between sympathetic and parasympathetic function.
3. Interference Fields
- Common sources: scars, dental sites, tonsils, sinus tissues, old injuries.
- Even if painless, these areas may disrupt overall health.
- Treating these fields often improves distant symptoms.
Neural Therapy Injection Locations & Indications
Neural therapy works by using local anesthetic (commonly procaine) to regulate dysfunctional autonomic signaling, interrupt chronic irritation patterns, and restore normal neural communication.

Neural Therapy Pricing
Single Neural Therapy Session
- $150 – $250 per session
Typical baseline range for a standard neural therapy injection visit.
Package Savings
- 3-Session Package — $400 – $700
- Encourages consistency and saves ~10–15%
- 6-Session Package — $725 – $1,200
- Best for chronic patterns and deeper nervous system reset
Packages are helpful because neural therapy often works cumulatively.
