As life changes during the COVID-19 pandemic, the psychotherapy team at AIMS wants to let you know we are here for you. In addition to stressors of daily life before COVID-19, we are now facing new stressors with the response to the pandemic. Fear, depression and anxiety are normal feelings during this time. For now, we will be doing all appointments via Telehealth. This is a great opportunity to connect with your psychotherapist, in the privacy of your own home, to address depression, fear, and anxiety that might be increasing due to the current pandemic.
