AIMS Institute offers Galleri cancer screening blood test

AIMS Institute offers Galleri cancer screening blood testGet Ahead of Cancer When it’s Most Treatable

What is the importance of early detection?

  • Finding cancer early creates the best chance for successful treatment.
  • Today, there are 5 recommended cancer screening tests that together only account for 1 in 4 diagnosed cancers in patients over 50 years of age.
  • When cancers are diagnosed early before they have had a chance to spread, the overall 5-year survival rate is 4x higher than when diagnosed in later stages.

What is the Galleri Multi-Cancer Early Detection test?

  • The Galleri test screens for a signal shared by multiple cancers, many without recommended screening.
  • If a cancer signal is detected, the results predict where in the body the cancer is coming from to help guide your next steps.

Who can benefit from the Galleri test?

  • The Galleri test is recommended for use in adults with an elevated risk for cancer, such as those aged 50 or older.
  • It is intended to be used in addition to and not replace other cancer screening tests your healthcare provider recommends.

It is important to know that:

  • The Galleri test does not detect all cancers and not all cancers can be detected in the blood. False positive and false negative results do occur.
  • It should be used in addition to guideline-recommended cancer screenings such as mammography, colonoscopy, PSA, or cervical cancer screening.

AIMS Institute is proud to offer the Galleri® multi-cancer early detection test.

Our practice has a discounted price of $849 ($949 list price). Flexible payment options, such as 0% interest up to 12 months are also available. You may be able to use FSA or HSA funds to cover the cost of the test. The Galleri test is not covered by most health insurance plans.

Stellate Ganglion Block Effectiveness for PTSD, Anxiety, and Depression in Psychiatric Outpatients: A Retrospective Analysis

https://scholarworks.seattleu.edu/dnp-projects/166/ The prevalences of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), and major depressive disorder (MDD) have risen significantly in recent years, particularly following the COVID-19 pandemic. Many individuals remain symptomatic despite conventional treatments, highlighting the need for novel, integrative interventions. Stellate Ganglion Block (SGB), a procedure targeting the cervical sympathetic chain to modulate the autonomic nervous system, has emerged as a promising therapy for treatment-resistant psychiatric symptoms. Evaluating data from the PTSD Checklist for DSM-5 (PCL-5), Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 (GAD-7), and Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9), this retrospective study examined the clinical outcomes of PTSD, anxiety, and depression symptoms ...

Low-Dose Lithium Orotate (5 mg/day) Recent brain tissue studies link low brain lithium to the onset and progression of Alzheimer’s disease, with deficiency accelerating synaptic loss and cognitive decline. Low-dose lithium orotate has ...
